I keep a full cup or reusable bottle of water with me at all times and it's probably my best habit. Drink until satisfied and then some and then some more and then some after that.

Thanks for the reminder, I found alcohol-free beer and had a few if that counts. Our forecast for tomorrow is 37 degrees, feels like 42 with humidity 51% and they say it's not summer yet ... new to me! Will think of you as I gulp down H2O
