It's always something I've thought about. I know it's unlikely, but imagine if some celebrity had been a member or even is a current member.

Well, there was that actress and former child actor who used SN. Not exactly A-list, but they might have used this site.
Yeah, the only protection some celebrities could have is top tier mental health support but even that can't help some people. I don't think they'd post, more than likely just lurk.I actually don't think it's unlikely, especially if you consider that maybe not everyone posts. I mean, being a celebrity doesn't make you that much different to anyone else in this situation, it's not really a protection against many of the issues. And if you are in this situation, chances are there aren't many places to go to, so you could end up here.
Especially if it's an SN death, I never even heard of that before here. They must scour these kind of websites, you see the methods used and they're clearly researched.
Yeah, I should clarify, I don't mean a-list, mainly just a well-known person, could be an actor, Internet personality, etc.Well, there was that actress and former child actor who used SN. Not exactly A-list, but they might have used this site.
True, but it doesn't seem too far out of the realm of possibility for them to visit here and just hide it well enough. Of course this would require a whole different email for them but it's possible.I dont think so
Generally, artists do not manage their social networks, but are their representatives. In addition, they know (or should know) which websites the artist visits.
I dont think that has any relevance. A lot of celebrities will be like anyone else and have social media profiles exclusively for friends and family. In the UK they do, I've seen them.I dont think so

That dudes far from "famous"Tantacrl
Tantacrl
He is a notable figure who came here, obviously for different reasons than us. We were sorta like a case study to him it seemed. I hadn't heard of him before it either, but he does have a notable internet following. That dudes far from "famous"
I never heard of him before the controversy. That vid was the first and only content of his I've watched
I was wondering the same thing when I wrote a thread about pornstar August Ames and her suicide. I think it's entirely possible that celebrities have been members of this site or ones like it. At the very least they've been visitors/lurkers. For complex methods like hanging (I'm thinking like Robin Williams)I'm positive they've had to look up some resources beforehand. How do people innately know how to tie nooses/knots capable of suspension?

They probably deleted it, if I had to guess. It's interesting to think about who that person was. Could be someone famous, could be someone with a mental illness deluding themselves. There's honestly no telling.Yeah- sometimes I wonder. I remember reading a post by someone saying their upcoming suicide would draw more headlines than the death of the Queen (of England.)
I thought- well- either they're some global treasure- like David Attenborough, or they're going to do something infamous and shock the world. Or- they have a very confident opinion of their own significance. I couldn't find the post again though after that.
I expect it could be quite a relief for them to be here- if they were able to keep their anonymity and speak candidly about how they feel- as it is for all of us I expect.
You're talking about superstars, there are a lot of famous people outside of that scene.I dont think so

OP talks to super stars not? idkYou're talking about superstars, there are a lot of famous people outside of that scene.
I don't think a celebrity will sign themselves off like this.. but who knows. The new generation of Tic Tac Influencers are growing up now and I can figure some may visit this site one day. :(They probably deleted it, if I had to guess. Yeah, far fetched but anything is possibly nowadays it seems.I bet they won't have a problem with the methods found here; at least money wise.
