I am interested in using the gasmonkey setup for my nitrogen hypoxia method. However: I cannot find the right supplies. If anyone has found the right items: please tell me where they can be purchased.

Are you referring to the use of a scuba mask instead of an exit bag?

To be honest, he uses some high end equipment that I can't even think to afford, plain exit bag here.
I do think that an exit bag would be better. I sometimes consider using the scuba method, because I'm worried about oxygen getting into my bag & ruining my attempt. I know this wouldn't happen with a scuba mask, because those are built to be air-tight.

I cam across a thread here a while back discussing the same thing. They mentioned about how an inmate in us was given the nitrogen via scuba masked that really botched things up. I mean I just read so can't comment on the effectiveness of the same but my first failed attempt was not because of o2 seeping in but I forgot to hyperventilate and SI kicked in.

My latest attempt failed because I fell out of my bed. So, maybe I'll focus on restraining myself to a chair & getting the right restraints, rather than overhauling my method.

PPH (or maybe I read it elsewhere?) advices against using a mask of any kind because they tend to slip off in those final moments of spazzums n such.

I read about this too. It seemed that he was terrified and fighting for his life by holding his breath and thrashing against his constraints. I'd like to think that it's much more peaceful when it's done consensually.

Another question is has anyone used the Scott pressure reducer of any type since there are different models and can it connect to an enterprise 830 adapter?

Gasmonkeys setup used a scba system, tanks etc that are made for the UK/EU.
The same manuf also makes systems for the usa. They are attainable both new and used.

Thread with a lot of information on the system, alternates and models

I believe it can.

For others reading this...the enterprise 830 adapter is just the manuf name for a cga-346 to cga-580 adapter. It is the brass adapterconnection btwn the scba system and a cylinder.

I have another manuf of a scba pressure reducer that I connected to a Scott air cylinder to. So, I believe all the scba manufacturers use the same type of cylinder connections. These are 'cga-346' for 2216 psi and 'cga-347' for 4000 psi cylinders. The manufs make different sized tanks that can last 30 min (2216psi) or 1 hour(4000psi)...(note, these were made for fire fighter usage...not an issue here).
The connections are similar for 346 or 347. The 347 has slightly more threads on the connection. It makes it so people using the systems wont mix up using a regulator with a different pressure cylinder.
(sorry for any confusion, I dont realize that not everyone thinks about or uses technical terminology)
