No they didn't charge any extra fee's and I didn't need any prescription. They just have different shipping options they charge for, I got express shipping and it came in 3 days

Yes I think it's definitely equivalent to Maxolon, As I have gotten prescription meto prescribed by a doctor before and Tevo was what my pharmacy Walgreens gave me

They never asked for a prescription from me I just added to my cart and went to checkout and paid, At no time did they ask for a prescription
