u really got the point across better, really is an awful way to go, i have struggled with anorexia for ever (natm) and know how much op would struggle

scrap it, come up with a better more humane way to ctb

I'm sorry that you're struggling with anorexia. I can't imagine how difficult that must be. How long have you been anorexic for if I may ask?

its ok, we all have our crosses to bear, prob around 7 years old, on and off, damaged myself quite a bit so bits of me dont work as well as they should

Yes, I've heard that it can cause quite a lot of organ damage. I can't remember if it was here or somewhere else, but there was a woman who's a recovering anorexic and now suffers from cyclical vomiting syndrome to the point where she has to go to the hospital for fluid replacement.

yeah im always throwing up, epilepsy is another thing i have now and well as kidney damage

I'm at the 24 hour mark of no food or drink, still going
So the throat is dry but the feeling of hunger is gone body's feeling weak

i will do couple of days without food and water and then i will include caffeine powder in order to cause myself a cardiac arrest

I understand your suffering though. Trying to die is a relentless problem. Nobody has found a simple solution yet.

There would be much less suffering if there was.

and btw it's really not that bad (of course sn and n are better ways, but i don't have any access to them...)
i'm planning on being dehydrated and starve myself for couple of days...
which will make my heart weak and will casue tachycardia and high blood pressure
then i'm planning on take the caffeine which will make it over and cause me a cardiac arrest...

I can't bring myself to do anything else, 2 days I. Hot weather now a satsuma and a few grapes last night. I feel dry but it hasn't really hit me yet
48 hours, 3 grapes one satsuma, no water or other food. Feel fine keatones must have kicked in or something! Dry mouth, more of a mental aspect at the moment.

I think starvation only works well for very old weak people. The PPH should have a section about it.

I actually am attempting to starve myself via anorexia (which is slower but more effective), but yesterday I *cheated* and ate some cookies that my grandmother sent to me. My body hadn't had any solid food in so long that it ultimately rejected them and I woke up in the middle of the night needing to vomit. My stomach is at a point where it can only handle drinking liquid Ensures now.

Tbh I got to 2 and a half days and it got euthoric there was a buzz. I eat cause my mother caught on and she made me do it for her. She holds me back from ctb

I'm planning take back on my anorexic habits from my teenage years when I was 42 kilos, there's a couple paintings I want to work on, books I want to read, so a slow path to non-existence is something I can prefer. I'll eat a small amount every two days but won't cut from drinking.
