Has anyone ordered N to EU after 1st of July?

Yep, ordering to any EU country is getting super risky now! A lot of customs control and very harsh punishments! Luckily, there are N vendors inside the EU, if you look hard enough. In fact, I have ordered my N from a EU vendor.

Allow me to be a bit sceptical. Not only ordering to the EU is not "super risky" with "very harsh punishments", I doubt there are any legit EU vendors out there. But feel free to PM me the vendor so I can have a look.

I have just contacted this "EU vendor" and I'm still unsure. He claims not having a stock of N at the moment, but sent me photo's of phenobarbital (clearly original packaging) instead and offers me to deliver it at my home (for an extra charge) or come and pick it up. I would not have to pay anything in advance, I would have to pay him cash instead.

I sampled a small amount of it, and it put me to a very long, deep sleep. I would be interested in doing further testing, too, but have no idea on how one would approach such venture. Maybe someone can instruct me?

I've just sent you instructions via PM. You need to get it tested at Energy Control in Spain. This will cost you a bit (€120), but you'll be able to confirm you have legit N or not.

The fact it put you in a very deep sleep is a good sign but I wouldn't take any risks if it comes to N.

that's not quite a true statement. there are various manufacturers. heck, even Dolethal originates from France, where Vetoquinol has its headquarters

Well, in any case, this seller (whether legit or not) told me he does not expect to be selling N again in the future. He does seem to be in possession of a few boxes of phenobartial (which can be used to CTB, but is slow-acting and not as good as N) but he also told me this stock is very limited and he will only be around for a short time.

I´ve ordered like a couple weeks ago to the EU. Got in 3 or 4 days, no problem with customs. D provides a declaration but as a lot of people know his declarations don´t make sense because it doesn´t match the product... that might be a problem. I got lucky, they didn´t even open mine and UPS took care of dealing with customs... I had to pay them additionally on arrival. Maybe, you could talk to him about a declaration, explain that now it´s more strict here in EU.

We are none to judge, especially me since I have never been even looked at by a woman. That' certainly a bad situation and it is very strange that somebody would want from their partner sucha a gift but that's just me.

People easily overrate how difficult relationships can get. I count on you to hold on and keep steady until you save up.

I'm going to try the helium today or tomorrow instead. I'm ready to go and maybe this makes me a horrible person but I want things to be fresh enough for him to be hurt as much as hes hurt me. I am not CTB because of him, I've had huge problems with anxiety etc but he was the final straw and I want him to know that and to know he cannot treat people so badly

Did you find out whether he sourced his powdered N from a lab or does he synthesize it himself?

I've read the thing about not willing to provide tracking before from someone on this forum quite recently. Whether legit or not, for me this is absolutely a red flag. Without tracking, you don't know anything. For example, if you have to pay VAT at customs, how will you be aware of this without tracking? The package will probably get stuck there.

He wasn't willing to send photo's as well when I contacted him in April. He claimed it's not possible via Protonmail, which is bullshit.

At least that's what I've heard when it comes to 'Dark Net Opsec'. Or would UPS Informed Delivery not be an option because D chooses a random private courier? Is tracking via private courier generally safer?

Value Added Tax is a tax paid for goods or services provided. This is why product descriptions in many places specify if VAT is already included in the price or not (mostly is). You need to pay it on all goods, regardless of what they are or how you got them online. So it is just how online shopping works that first you need to pay VAT-included and then the seller sends the goods. VAT is measured by a fixed percentage that applies nationwide. I'm in an eastern european country and our VAT is fixed at 21%, but thry could be different, search google. Nordics all have a very high VAT but their economists sure are making it work (part of why economic systems these countries have are called the Nordic model).

A love letter is a statement informing you that your package has been seized by the customs.

You have a point about tracking, and I think it's the reason why A stopped using it.

My two parcels of N I needed to pay taxes to UPS… (about 32 USD each).
(This is something I think D could have managed to pay there)…
But I don't think D should change his declaration…

The Dilantin at the cheapest shipping way took almost a month to get here but didn't have to pay anything else.
At the Customs Declaration this folks declared:
"1 -Non Restricted RX Medicaments - Personal Supply".

AFAIK, D don't write on the package email or phone number. So I suppose you made contact with UPS by your own?
