Has anyone had their DSL order stuck in U* customs for like two months and still got theirs? Or has it been seized?

My april 9 order has been lost for almost 2 months now in U* and my May 8 order has been stuck in U* customs for almost a month now. There are many people in same situations. Your package is not going to be delivered as too much time has passed and it is considered lost.

i wouldn't say it was seized, more like rejected and got lost. if it were seized you'd have gotten a letter in the mail by now i think.

If it was seized in the origin country then it is under legal ownership of the seller. so, unless it crosses the border it is under the legal responsibility of the seller rather than the recipient. Fyi.

I'm wondering, has anyone tried contacting the postal service directly to find out what's going on with their package? Not through the seller, but on their own. I don't know, maybe by sending an inquiry to their email, or something like that?

I talked with him last week and he told me it is very difficult for him to work now as customs inspections are practically paralyzing normal operations. It's all based on luck whether a package gets through or not. All luck.

A lot of users on here who ordered in the second part of May seemed to get their package. At least based on what I'm reading in the forum. Maybe there has been a shift in something.

Yes I am aware. Again, they are lucky that it slipped through.
