if you're gonna use the word "love", which you did, then it'd probably be better, I think, to select people based on criteria that indicate that you can build a solid relationship with them, regardless of their appearance.

if we invert our priorities and select they based on physical attributes, we're a lot less like to find lasting love and to be happy.

our preferences change overtime anyway, especially when there's the emotional involvement and the chemistry of being together in place.
