Depersonalization/derealization disorder it sucks. I wish I knew. I just kinda woke up sorta ok one day. I wasn't 100%. Not that it lasted long.

Thankfully I've only had it when both my drinking and anxiety levels have been sky high. It's just the worst thing when you're at work or something. I find SSRIs and reduced drinking help me most with this and other symptoms of anxiety (more so say than my depression and OCD).

Same. Well not years. I couldn't tell you how long. I lost track of time.
And the therapist wouldn't listen to me. I was sitting there trying to tell her it's a 24/7 thing while she's giving my husband advice on how to pull me out of it

Sadly I'm still dissociated. I was ok for a few days but I think that was just a fluke. it was like I said in my other comment. I wasn't 100% and it didn't last long maybe a week. But even that's a bit much I think
