One method I am interested in is amitryptyline OD but I don't have any. It's annoying because I used to take it for depression and should have saved it.

How hard would it be to walk behind the counter of a pharmacy, grab a few boxes of amitryptyline and run away?

in what country are you?
In my country, that would not be possible as the SSRIs are in shelves around 4m behind the counter where only the workers are allowed to go and there are people everywhere. They would just call the police and get you arrested.
So please, don't do anything illegal. And you don't even know if the pharmacy has amitryptiline in stock. Most pharmacies order drugs that arrive 3-4h later.

Never. The risk of getting arrested is too large regardless of country. I suggest a painless alternative, do your research, order cleaning supplies and create/inhale hydrogen sulfide in a contained environment. I also suggest having your neck in a slip knot noose when you take the first breath. You would be out cold and if the hydrogen isn't powerful enough the noose will finish you with no pain. Extra measure, get drunk. Besides this, the risk of overdose not killing you is very high. If you use drugs for anything I recommend using them to get you drowsy (take 3-4 melatonin gummies and then just get drunk.)

Hydrogen sulfide is guaranteed to kill you painlessly in 1 breath. It should leave a body much like those victim to CO poisoning.

Can buy them online or buy off the shelf from your local pharmacy or Walmart.

wish we had that here, I'm in Europe ;/
They should be available in Europe. They won't kill you, just get you drowsy to aid in whatever method you choose.

Check the vitamin section at your local store or pharmacy. Amazon also ships internationally if you really can't find them.

I'm surprised I didn't think of Hydrogen Sulfide. I remember even being warned in high school chemistry about how dangerous it is.

Surprised that most resources outlining methods don't mention it, especially after the Japanese suicide wave

No. You need a prescription. If GPs still wrote their scripts by hand I'd consider doctoring (heh) one and adding amitryptyline to it, in my best fake doctor's handwriting.

Yeah, my only current trouble is getting the chemicals without rising suspicion. Have no idea how I can do that. If I can't get sulfide then I'll probably just have to power through partial hanging. Which I really don't want to do.

I'm considering asking for it as a sleep aid and saving it up. It's my understanding that a reasonable amount of it crushed up is likely to kill you if you are not discovered for a day or so. I live alone so this wouldn't be a problem.

I also don't know if my slipknot will actually hang me. I'm using an iPad charger cord...should I be using a different material?

Just do some research, the ingredients to create it are common household items. I'd recommend not doing it indoors, as the risk of killing/injuring innocent bystanders is very real. Could end up having to evacuate an entire apartment block if you go overboard...

You can't bring the pills back though, I don't think. And if you off yourself abroad then somebody has to pay to repatriate your body.

I really don't understand why they make it so difficult to die in a peaceful, dignified way. Maybe I could understand more if there were better MH services in place, but there aren't. They lock you up and traumatise you further. It makes me so angry. It's my life, and if I want to end it, I should be able to without judgement.

Rather get rope, or a scarf. You should be able to find something cheap for a ligature even at a convenience store... I don't think I'd trust a charging cable

That's true actually, it's probably fine. Whenever I fly I have to take all my lithium and various benzos, sleeping pills etc. and have never been questioned.

If it is a controlled substance in your destination country, customs may seize it and detain you if you don't have the necessary prescription or paperwork for it. Doesn't matter if it is in hand luggage.

For a couple of boxes of pills that would kill me, yes. Probably. With a note to say what I'd done, and that it had nothing to do with my doctor.

I wouldn't do that. It's not just your body you're selling. I never understood how people are capable of doing that. I don't have any money in my life but I'd rather be homeless than do these kinds of things. Better to die with one's dignity.

I mean if I think about it it just repels me. The thought of doing the most intimate thing that two people are capable of doing with one another with a man you do not love for some pills, money or whatever it may be. I just don't understand .... :(

Where can I hide a pre-tied scarf slipknot? My entire plan is situated on having all the materials i need to leave ready at a moments notice in my bedroom, which I share with my twin.
