hello :) long time lurker. just made an account

im having a hard night.. the entire week has been very soul-crushing for me but tonight in particular has been very difficult. i relapsed in self-harming again and i made myself bleed this time, which i haven't done in awhile.

just sad. i wish i wasn't so miserable all the time

I'm so sorry for you.
I can rely on this, this night is more unlivable than others to me as well.
I know how self-harming let u feel, but let me tell u that you're not miserable at all. You just suffer and it's hard sometimes.
Life can become so unlivable and worthless that you think all u deserve is just keep on suffering.
I'm so sorry you're here, but I can ensure that this is a safe place full of good people who really want to listen to u and give u the support u need.
Even when you think you don't deserve anything good, we're here to make u feel not alone in this journey.
Btw, I'm here if u need everything.
