The things that made/make me happy are fleeting, getting smaller by the day, or when I am happy those moments of happiness are getting smaller and less potent.
But the moments of nothingness?
Those stay. Those are powerful. Those are becoming more and more frequent. I use to feel sad, angry, depressed, but now it's all three at once and my brain shortcuts and defaults to nothingness.
I can't escape it
People say "do things that make you happy" or "work hard and you'll feel fulfilled and happy!" But it's not true. I don't feel anything, the things that make me happy are making me feel nothing. Achievements and hardwork make me feel nothing.
One day I hope to feel nothing, forever.
