Help Hanging when not home alone?

How loud is somone during suspension hanging?

NEED to do it at night, family in house, no other option.

So how loud can it be? Is it just your body shaking and kicking and arms moving around?


Seen videos, weren't that loud. Most were quiet as hell. People in hospitals and prisons manage to do it. Also my family doesn't suspect much so they won't come to my room for every little thing.


So can I successfuly hang with others in the house? How loud is it? What kind of noise?

Keep in mind I need 15mins at most.

It would depend on what's around you that you might knock over or hit. It would make a noise knocking a stool over initially as well, and I suppose we don't know if people unintentionally yell out in some kind of way due to survival instinct, there could be cases that were noisy and only succeeded due to others not being around. But if your family are far away, and wouldn't come anyway then maybe it would work. 15 mins seems risky to me, I've would only consider trying knowing I have a good few hours to myself. Someone told me you need 8 hours to yourself the other day which doesn't really make a lot of sense but people have a lot of different ideas about how much time to leave.
