Help Hanging Rope

Would this be an adequate rope for partial hanging? I've read that 12mm is the best, just not sure about the material.

I've used the same type before in one of my previous attempt. 10mm on my case. Parachord/climbing rope is my choice, they're designed to hold bodyweight (suspension).
