Help Hanging question

I'm gonna say fuck it all and do partial hanging. How strong does a belt have to be and no I cannot access rope or anything that can be full suspension

Partial hanging is hard to do , I failed so many times because si is a bitch , but I don't know about anyone else , it's easy for some people and hard for some , please if you're not 100% certain don't do it

Apparently I used a rope that digged into my neck , it was so painful , also I tried full suspension and the pressure in my head was unbearable, for me both methods were unbelievably painful even though I attempted for 10 seconds each

Can I ask what you did for full suspension hanging? 10 secs without losing consciousness sounds scary

Yes it is , I didn't position the knot correctly so I started thrashing, fortunately I didn't kick the chair I climbed on , my experience was terrible mainly because of the rope I used , it left huge marks around my neck

Man that really sounds terrible. I'm sorry that happened to you. Are you still using hanging as your method?

Thank you for responding. I have seen videos of others and it seemed quick and not painful. Perhaps the anatomy of the neck is different person to person, some people can just hit it just right.

yes I'm thinking of buying another rope preferably polyester and try again

yeah I agree , I watched recorded fsh ctb and it seemed peaceful , as I said I'll try again with polyester rope and see if I can manage to ctb

What type of knot did you use? How did you get it undone when you decided to abort?
