I kept putting everything off for a long time, but I feel like I've finally done everything I should have.
Even with everything in its place, I feel incomplete, and death (or near-death) is the only thing that gives me adrenaline and the desire to try again and again.
I'm torn between hanging or falling.
I don't live in a specific place, but I live near the downtown bridge, which is VERY high. There's a section of the bridge that leads directly to the road, and another section that leads directly to the sea, which has a strong current.
As for hanging, I could easily do it at home once the visitors had left; I would just need the rope.
I'm not going to lie, I had a major relapse the other day and tried the strangulation method, but I got too scared, and because it's the closest thing to hanging yourself (with a shoelace, not a rope) I associated it with something more painful, but I know it's a method where you barely feel life slipping away.
Regarding falling, I'm afraid of heights. I've considered jumping off a building, but I stared at the ground for too long and my courage vanished, lol..,
But these are the two methods I'm considering most at the moment. I've already read the methods on the website and they appeal to me, but I'm open to new ideas or whichever you think is best.
I need to do this by the end of the year.
