Hanging or CO?

I've had my last straw. My life has reached its end. My entire family has died, my partner left me, I am now in a state where I don't know anyone alone. I'm just done.

I am in the US but I don't want to use a firearm I just can't imagine myself doing something so violent.

I think I have to do hanging or CO. My main worry with hanging is an anchor point. - if it breaks. Though my brother was successful.

My other idea is charcoal, a generator or any way I can get CO. Inert gas is too technical.

Which one would be more painless?

I would choose CO, i would want my chest to be able to breathe in and out right up to my last breath. either charcoal or generator would suffice.

I would do CO first personally, it seems to be a lot more reliable and easy if done right. Just expect headaches, and being dizzy, also more effective with a CO analyzer to see if its a good level.

Hanging would be the last resort if somehow the CO method fails.
