Method Hang or jump ?

Would you rather hang yourself at home and have your parents find you or jump in front of a train that's 5 minutes away during off peak hours ?

Train is very disgusting method, it can cut you in parts, but you can still be alive. Hanging is rather messy too, but it works

both methods are very different and have many variables. I really don't know which one to choose
