I don't think painkillers are necessary. What do you mean by another in the head and a few more in the heart? You mean if after I shoot myself in the heart I can shoot myself again in the same place? I know this would be a good idea to be even more certain I die but I'm not sure if I'll be able to hold the gun and shoot myself again in the heart after the first shot
