If I can't get night-night to work (it's my understanding now it can be hard to find the right places for pressure), I think I'm going to have to go for either SN or guns.
Gun access is quicker and poses less risk of package interception, but I'd have to bite the bullet (heh) of passing a background check and not setting off red flags. Pretty gun-friendly state, so it's not an issue of legality or red tape, but not looking nervous.
There's a river near my house. Not a huge one, but it's larger/deeper than you'd think, and definitely has pretty fast currents. Not at all a river you'd be able to swim in and survive without extreme injury or water inhalation. Obviously, SI would kick in if I just launched myself into it, but could shooting myself such that I fall into the river after be "better" in case I survive the initial gunshot?
Looking into a revolver that uses 38 special ammo. General consensus would be that this is of decent caliber, but figured if my body drowns if I end up unconscious VS insta-dead, it'll only help things.
