It's just a movement of my hand, and it's a 9mm handgun hollowpoint bullet going through the roof of my mouth into my brain (Hopefully). I am worried about failing, I don't want to become paralyzed or disabled mentally. I have read the thread about placements, but still not feeling much better off. Im not going to do it yet, because I want to feel ready.
