guilt for suffering

i suffer with depression, i have a friend that i trust a lot and would kill myself for, she knows im going through this, i also have a private twitter account that i let all my feelings out in and she has access to it, recently ive uploaded a very concerning thing and she replied to it, she had never done that before, in those 10 replies that she made she expressed her concern for me and holy cow it hit me like a truck. Why do i need to suffer like this? why do i need to bring other people in my life and hurt them too i feel so guilty for this
