Literally this. With the new laws in China and the new legislation in the USA, fentanyl as we know it now is going to be hard to obtain unless you bought it before the crack down.

You only need enough fentanyl the grapefruit juice is not important. Just rub it inside your gums and everything os over.

Wouldn't it be a lot easier to just buy street H/fent, test it, and then shoot up a large dose of it? People in my city drop dead with a needle still in their arm.

You can buy large amount and check the drug just google for "drug testing"

Fentanyl is so strong on its own, I'm not sure that one would really need grapefruit juice. I'd likely skip this option - grapefruit is so bitter.
