Use a russian search engine that starts with y. DMC are the initials of the site (hint: think of what SN is used for). Keep searching, you'll find it!

My recommendation is to look for the clues people give on the site, the main thing to keep in mind is to double check your settings on the web browser, that's all I can offer you

What are the clues you might recommend
Update: I'm PRETTY sure I found it. It's meat related. Has a WhatsApp number on the top right. Is that it?
