Got insulted as ugly by stranger this week

During this week I got called ugly by strangers two times.

Moday I took a walk at the lake of Zurich. my shoe lances were open. Some dude saw me. One guy said ,,Hey the ugly guy!'' The other guy said then hey your shoe lances are open!

On Wednesday I went eating in a restaurant, as I walked in two chefs saw me. One said ,,this guy is ugly.''

Those incidents are pure fuel for my psychic problems. Mostly for my BP1.

If someone calls you ugly, remind yourself that your opinion matters more than theirs, and they cannot make you feel ugly.
If people find you unattractive, so what? That doesn't mean everybody sees you that way. Accept yourself as you are and remember that you can't please everybody.
Be with friends who see you for who you are and not just for how 'cool' or attractive you are. They should build you up and like the person you are, not just how you look.

The above are some things I found on wikihow. I don't know if it will help you. It's all easier said than done.
Personally, if someone calls me ugly I would just want to kill the motherfucker.

I've been called ugly countless time in my life.

On childhood, on teenage years, even on adult life.
Once I was left out from a 'game' that my school had it for raking the students looks, because, I was too ugly. Once a group of girls openly talked about me with words like "Who in the world would date him?" - No, they weren't kidding. Once I've heard from a few people that I "need to improve my appearance first.".

"Beauty is on the inside" - But few will know you're beautiful on the inside if you're not beautiful on the outside to attract them.

It sucks, It's terrible, It's unfair. It's monstrous.

We need to focus on what is still within our grasps despite of our appearances. Know that in the case you that you shared, it might seems that they're simply trying to make your self-stem (Society's most played sport), so might be a good idea not to pay attention to them.

Yes is true. Once I have worked on the farm with people from Mongolia, Afghanistan and Africa. These people were very nice to me, always asmed if I am well and always wanted to communicate with me. The Swiss people in School and military bullied me.

Last month the neighbor knocked my door asking me rudely to keep my cat away from his house because he is afraid of transmitting diseases to his cat. I explained to him that my cat is outdoor and indoor and fully vaccinated. He didn't want to understand, eventually i told him I'll keep letting my cat out and he is the only thing that gives me company so I won't give him away. His answer was: get a life or drop dead you UGLY sick and then he walked away. People are horrible really horrible.
