I wish things would've worked out better for those of us who are suffering. Life can be extremely cruel. I hate that it can be like this. Well, it's supposed to be painless at least in some cases. There's a risk of side effects like headaches, nausea, vomiting, weakness, muscle aches or more serious side effects like cardiovascular damage, brain damage, etc.

I'm still feeling panicky. Shaking pretty bad. Not great. I felt peace yesterday but the rebound anxiety is worse. It's awful!

Ugh I can only imagine, it must be so hard for you to go through all this anxiety... Is it possible for you to take a few days to let the anxiety settle down before deciding on what's next?
And don't be too harsh on yourself, ctbing is really hard to go through

When my anxiety gets very bad, I try to do some deep slow breathing as well as grounding exercices to calm myself down. Do you think this could help you a bit?
Time will be your best friend in this, I think (Anxiety should settle down progressively. Sometimes all we can do is sit with it until it decides to calm down)
