I agree with what you say about it being a difficult balance . You raise really good points .

They let me decide on goals , i suggested feeling less anxious and getting out more . As i've been more anxious and isolated because of the system. And that felt like something that could be worked on whereas the other issues can't. But yeah i dont actually care about those things atm as like you say , the glitch is the main issue . I need to protect people so i dont actually want to work on the things I suggested

Well not my fave songs but I've been listening to a band called mother mother a lot lately and maybe the song 'end of me' would be fitting given the name

Well I went to the appt. and asked for discharge . I explained why (about me being something evil to destroy and the danger to others of sharing too much etc. ). She said that it's no problem if I want to be discharged as they don't want to force me into anything.
However, if I want to continue then we can take things at slower place - we've scrapped goals for now as i can't focus on them. So that's less pressure which feels better. But also nothing i do want / they can help with so feels pointless going. We booked in next appt. for now but she said I can cancel at anytime if I want to be discharged .

Anyway if i manage to do plan then I won't see next appt. I don't feel ready and I'm so confused and scared about everything. I know it's the best thing for me and everyone to do it. I hate that I'm so weak and a coward. I need to do this, i've postponed it long enough. I hate that I i'm so uncertain when i shouldn't be . So pathetic and ridiculous.
