Hi!!! It's finally time, I'll take the SN in a couple of hours!

I am following Stan's guide using Metopimazine as AE. I know it is not the best but I have backup glasses so I am not concerned about throwing up. I still have 5 hours to reach the fast of 8h, so I'm going to fondle Lizzie and listen to music during this time. I never felt so lonely tho.

The SN is from IC, it arrived in one week.
I will take 25g of SN per glass, I weigh around 66kg for 1m73 so it should be enough. Is it true that drinking warm water is preferable for absorption? I know laying on the right side is, so I will do so. If you have any advice, please let me know !!
I'll try to write down how I feel throughout the process until I pass out.

I was very restless at the beginning of the night but I have calmed down a little now. I hope I don't get too nervous before I take SN.

I am not quite sure about the water tho. Warm water does apparently stimulate digestion better but not quite sure about absorption.

As-tu tu parlais de ton mal être à quelqu'un ?Ta sœur,un ami peut-être ?
Je ne veux pas te juger, ni même minimiser l'intensité de ta souffrance mais es tu vraiment sur de ton choix?
La thérapie et les médicaments ça marche parfois.

Les rendez-vous chez les psychiatres prennent des mois et la plupart ne veulent plus de nouveaux clients. Je ne m'attendais à rien dans tous les cas, c'est assez délicat de traiter ce genre de sujet. Non, je ne suis pas sûre. Mais je n'ai pas vraiment le choix je suis quelqu'un d'horrible.

Pour les rendez-vous c 'est effectivement compliqué mais tu peux appeler des CMP, ça va souvent plus vite avec ce genre de structure sinon il y a les urgences psychatriques. Le mot fait assez peur mais le personnel est très souvent bienveillant et à l'écoute, ils peuvent t'aider plus vite.

Quand bien même je consulte, je resterais seule. Les professionnels de santé mentale sont aussi très chère, je n'ai pas les fonds nécessaire.

Les consultations et suivi en CMP ou urgences psychiatriques c'est gratuit.Pas besoin de te traquasser avec des questions d'argent.
Pourquoi penses-tu rester seule ? Tu es très jeune encore plein d'opportunité devant toi.
Tu as sûrement une faible estime de toi comme moi mais ça peut ce corriger.
