I write as I take my 3rd pill of meto (10mgx3). I'm on my 15th hour of fasting and I've started microdosing Rivotril.
My plan Is tò drink SN and presumably ctb today via SN from 2 to 3 pm (GMT+1).

I'm sorry tò whoever Will experience this excruciating pain on themselves but I Just can't do this anymore.
I'm going to update as much as I can.

Pain, even physical pain, should not be unbearable (Brufen or Paracetamol), and as for mental pain (I'm thinking of SI, which is unfortunately usually expressed in the SN method), there are Benzodiazepines and Propranolol that could alleviate it to some extent. I wish you peace, whatever you decide to do.

I have to wait to be alone for more than 4-5 hours, otherwise today would be just one to (possibly) two hours alone.
Is It best to wait to have One full night alone or try attempting today?

I won't decide for you but if I'm doing it I would take the sure way to succeed. I dont want to live with a failed attempt

I would wait, personally. There are many consequences to being found. But obviously such a big decision is only yours to make.

Does metoclopramide produce side effect on you ? Because, when I 1st attempt sn ctb, I had some side effect : a lot of anxiety....
