So it's time (once again) to leave you lovely people. I've been here a little while now and have met some amazing people since joining who have made me feel so supported and I appreciate each and every one of you. But I've been putting this day off for a while and nothing seems to be getting better. So though this is impulsive I know it's for the best. I'll be going with SN following Stans guide, hopefully within the next 8 hours. I will miss you all.

Where I am from, in Massachusetts, there is a program called the Hearing Voices Network. You likely know this already.

They are very supportive and help with lots of resources. Rather than try to silence the voices, their members try to learn to live around them. I know you are suffering and that may seem impossible. If you cannot access their materials online, I'm sure we can obtain a set for you.
