Gonna ctb later today, feel super restless

I'm going to ctb with SN later today, but i feel super restless and anxious for some reason. I have been fasting for like 12 hours already maybe? and taken some antiemetics. I just want to relax and read for the rest of the time while I am still here, but I feel like I am going to jump out of my skin lol.

Yea, this must be it then because i took meto. I don't think I'm going to take any more meds before I ctb because this feeling is super uncomfortable lol.

No rush. It is weird to see newer folks going so fast, while we are just staying here for many months, not ctbing, not recovering.

Ctb means catching the bus. SN is sodium Nitrite

Akathisia is apparently a common side effect.

I'm kind of disturbed to learn this. I've seen people referring to meto a lot here but haven't really read about it. I did not know it crossed the blood-brain barrier (it looks like a lot -all?- of antiemetics do). This could be quite disruptive for some people.
More intense akathisia is one of the worst things a person can experience but even the milder forms are really awful. I would never want to experience any from of this again. I definitely wouldn't want it when I was about to ctb. Maybe for some it would help "spur them on" but for me I'd just shut down.

It really is torture. I had that happen to me because I once overdosed on meto, after two days I was rushed to the hospital to be put on perfusions to get it out of my system. It was horrible.
