I'm in a hotel room right now, just smoke and making myself comfortable. I'm going to do the stat dose. I have been fasting since 3 pm, right now it's 3 am. I have everything needed hopefully (meto, paracetamol, i'm going to take cimetidine also and i have propanolol but it's not much).
I haven't checked the SN with the blood test yet, if i failed it's probably because the purity it's not enough or it's not SN (hopefully i succeed). I want to check the SN but i have no sharp object with me right now.
Survival instinct is going up now, still trying to endure the anxiety.

I feel relieved actually like "finally, everything will end now. I can be at peace, and think about anything." but still feeling anxiety coming thru. Probably scared of the outcomes if i'm not succeed tonight

That's a definite positive, that you feel somewhat calm, at least.

Regarding the salt, I don't think that table salt weighs the same as SN, but have a look at the image below in order to know roughly how much SN you will need. If there's no spoon in your hotel room, perhaps you could borrow one from the hotel's restaurant, if there is one.
