• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

idk it was weird she randomly started yapping like take control of ur life yadda yadda same old motivational bullshit but truth be told most shit is out of your control snd it doesnt matter what you make of it. sounded like she was partially trying to tell herself all of that simultaneously. it was a little sad but idk

I am surprised to hear people still actually suggest such bs like "take control of your life" and "you can change everything". I mean, it's 2026 out there, more financial crysises, ww3 on the way, everything shatters harder than ever before, dozens of people suffer for nothing (needless to say against their will as well). What else should happen to make those kind of people start thinking critically.

it was very hypocritical, she said her life sucked which from what she told me it did but she says shes gonna die rich and to manifest that. but her position is very.. not well.. the action needs to be done but when you run out of actions, what else do you do? i already decided what im doing with my life and im content but she was still pressed over the fact i said my life is awful.. im just being blunt snd honest, stating the obvious, if you choose to ignore stuff like that then youre just hiding 🤷‍♂️

I guess it's habit to provide scripted motivation for some. Can't remember the last time it worked lol.

i was catching up with my ex the other day and it was so embarrassing i was telling them how i've been doing unfiltered and like how ive been shing and they were trying their hardest to sound like a therapist and they kept telling me what i needed to do and how i have to "fix myself" and yeah needless to say i get you i hate when that happens . i get that peoples intentions are good i guess but they miss the point.

To be fair, what are you supposed to say? I don't condone the "everything will be alright" type of speech, but like, is there anything else one can say without coming across as an asshole?

"Yeah, I get it", "Wow, that sucks", "Do you think you have any options?"/something along the lines of "Is there anything you can do to make things a little better?", best of all "Do you want advice?"

All phrases of empathy or questions to let the other person talk through the topic further instead of non-applicable blanket statements that come across as commands. Also, not immediately spouting advice when someone talks about how their life sucks is totally ok. Sometimes people just want to talk and be heard (look at how many venting threads there are here).
