The ability to sleep all day just comes about. Im not sure why tbh... could be stress or smthin.
Been sleeping all day. Its like 2pm rn. Just ordered some ice cream & juice. I have no appetite for food. These days... the last... I dunno almost a month or smthin? My appetite has been non existent & the desire or any cravings have just gone. I dunno why. I still was / am eating but a lot less than usual.
Haven't been on the scale in like 2 weeks but bc of my own eating disorder issues I hope I've lost weight.
Anyway im going to receive my order, turn my phone back on airplane mode, maybe eat one of the ice cream bars, wash my face and go back to sleep.
Hmm maybe I should've ordered some pastries from this place I've been liking recently eh shall see.
Rn especially being able to sleep all day is the greatest escape. It's just painful being awake. Rn not too bad but eh.
Health wise? Im feeling a little bit better. Like im.not breathless just lying down. Walking is.. half way to not impossible. So while considering a couple dif methods shall narrow it down this week.
