• Hey Guest,

    We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

    Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

    Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

    If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Does anyone know how to get rid of SN in a way without causing harm to environment and anonymously?

I don't just want to throw it in the garbage bin due to possible consequences for people/environment…

And if I go to our local authority where small chemicals can be disposed I have to make an appointment with my name etc…

The container is filled with 1kg of SN…

Anyone have any suggestions?

I would have suggested to deliver it to the chemical collection point of the authorities. You could move it to an unlabled bucket/container and say you found this in the garage and you don't know what it is?

SN is a poison in big amounts, but it's used in the food industry in small amounts, OK Dont flush it into the toilet.

The chemical way: "Neutralzing" SN:

NaNO2 + HCL <-> NaCL + HNO2

Neutralizing: HNO2 + NaOH -> NaNO3 + H2O

just make an appointment with your local authorities and lie that you found it in the trash and don't know what it is.
