Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I've ran into so many things on my mind and it just kills me and I need something to make me forget all of it, the thing is drugs and alcohol aren't really accessible as I am in a small city so there won't be any people selling them. Anyway to remove my mind from problems that I keep thinking of by getting high?
Getting high completely naturally is kind of hard I think. That being said, if you're still able to exercise then going for a good run or a long (energetic) walk will probably make you feel a lot better and more at ease later on.
In addition, if you want to stop intrusive thoughts then you can try an old NLP technique. Fix and hold your gaze on a specific object or location for quit a while (don't forget to keep blinking). Preferably an object in the lower right corner of your eye field. This should make it a lot harder for your brain to produce its annoying train of thoughts.
I recommend some breathing exercises. It sounds stupid until you do it, I never thought I's be the kind of guy to mention that kind of thing but fr give some a try. A good one I like is the Wim Hof method. Not quite "high" ig but idk without drugs, alcohol or a plan to make some its the closest you're gonna get other than runners high, but @TheBag already mentioned that.
