Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Anyone else enjoys reading/playing gamebooks? I used to play a few as a kid and 1-2 years ago it popped into my mind ordered a few and since I enjoyed them I ordered a lot more. :)

Yeah man, those were my youth in a nutshell. My older brother had all the FF and Lone Wolf books, and I went through many of them after he did. We also read the Forgotten Realms and Dragonlance books, and did pen and paper D&D (custom worlds but also the Dragonlance setting). I miss those days.

It is kind of having a renaissance for several years now with a lot of older ones getting reprinted and new ones being written.
I thought that maybe I only enjoyed them as a kid but it turns out I enjoy them now even more. Back then I also couldn't read English ones.
