  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

Hi, I'm finally home after months of treatment which did not affect my suicidality. I'm having trouble with the rope for full suspension hanging under my outer steps (at 2 in the morning-this is my only possible location).

My plan is to tie a snuggle hitch knot, then a slip knot for the noose. But would a constrictor knot work? You're not supposed to use them on flat surfaces, but it's very different tying a snuggle hitch with long rope instead of practicing with something smaller.

The rope is polypropylene and 1/2 thick. I read that I should strengthen the cut end by wrapping it in duct tape till the edge, then burning the edge with a lighter. That's supposed to keep it from unraveling.

Could anyone give advice?
