Took 25 mg of diphenhydramine with 10 mg of phenylehphrine after 30 mg of melatonin and still might take 75 mg of hydroxyzine after a night of drinking (couldn't tell you the number I had, maybe 7). I'm so done. I guarantee you it won't do me in but I wish it would.
