Venting frustration w everything

every minor inconvenience experienced feels like needles im so exhausted and its no one but mines fault for even reading certain things this way.
ive just been in a negative state and i cant help but see everything with a negative filter
feels like everything that happens is purposely done to spite me no matter how dumb or small it is
i want to explode on everybody
im not a mean person

Same.
I'm mild mannered normally, yet every little thing has been SERIOUSLY getting on my nerves over the past couple of weeks.
I think some of it's related to the time of year because I become even more depressed in autumn heading into winter.
I just want to turn my brain off and go hibernate till spring.
