Might two guns complicate things? Wouldn't you be concerned about being able to fire them at the exact same time?

SN is hot right now damn. Partial seems more peaceful to me. Have no trouble finding sweet spot. I'd guess there's something else not optimal about the setup for people have a hard time finding it. If you seek it and are practicing use caution, things progress quick in terms of losing bodily control once it starts.

I like CO because you can have food and drink and then just go to sleep. Unfortunately I think there's too much risk of it going wrong, but I think it's more peaceful than just about any other method.

Very possible. Despite the various reviews and pain scores it's clear there's no ideal "one size fits all" method. We all come in with past experiences that influence our preferences and might change our minds a few times before settling on one.

It wouldn't be that hard. Well, at least for me I've grown up using and shoot guns. Even participating in tournaments and placing well.

You could pull the triggers at the same time. However, whichever one is pulled slightly later will most likely miss/hit higher then intended.

also if only using one hand it's less sturdy and higher chance for error/recoil/flinch/etc especially if not used to guns.

Sadly, my parents are cautious and the guns are always under lock and key in a safe, and in a room that is locked by a different key. :/
