For those who cut themselves, how often do you do it.

Burn? Like with a candle or a hot piece of metal

I'd like to burn myself but I'm kinda scared and I want to find the right method

personally i use a lighter to heat up some metal till it gets hot enough. kinda scared ill set myself on fire if i just go with a lighter on its own lol

Yeah I might do the same, maybe i could use some malleable piece of metal to burn shapes on me
