Help Folks from India does the security from a 3 or 4 star chain hotel check your backpack before letting you check in to your room?

In my backpack I'll be carrying 2 packs of SN, Weighing scale, all the necessary meds like anti emetics, 2l of distilled water, aquarium test kit etc.

Will the security check my backpack before letting me in cause all of this stuff in my backpack would definitely look sus.
