  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

Good for him. I bet he had to jump through so many hoops and fill in so many documents etc. Hopefully it's the first push towards getting a ball rolling. If only that ball was already in motion.

This is a very positive development and congratulations to Colombia for allowing legal euthanasia for the non-terminally ill. I'm glad his suffering ended before it got worse and that he had a very peaceful exit.

Considering the influence of the Catholic Church and its regressive ideas in Latin American countries, this deserves even more appreciation.

I hope other countries in the region follow the enlightened way forward shown by Colombia.

Yeah it's a big achievement for such a deeply Catholic country mostly known for narcos.

That is good to hear. We all deserve the option of a peaceful exit at a time of our own choosing. Nobody should have to die a slow painful death. If euthanasia was legal everywhere it would mean a much more compassionate society. Unfortunately it is still not allowed at all in my country, even for people with terminal illnesses. Things do need to change.

Germany and Colombia showed us an example of a true, genuine compassion and desire to help suffering people.
Disgusting, hypocritical NYT rats showed us a perfect example of how to use suffering people to get some likes, retweets,ad money.

I've had constant pain for almost 18 years and worry about losing my ability to walk, but I could live until 90. I'm interested.
