can anyone give me possible resources or websites where i could purchase a gun without a background check, i cannot pass one nor am i eligible to get a gun because i have been admitted to mental hospitals

or advice on how to potentially get one/look for one, i am really desperate for a firearm and that is my preferred method that i am most comfortable with

There are laws about gun sales but private sales are unregulated as it is just two people standing there exchanging money for a gun. At that point it really depends on the individual you are purchasing from and how little they care about gun laws.
