according to PPH 25g per dose and afaik that refers to 60kg weight and iirc you add 10% for every 10kg above 60kg, but you'd want at least double your final amount to have a backup glass.

This post suggest a little less than 25g / 60kg

I'm not sure if I have PMs unlocked and I think the rules state you cannot state sources in full um it's CCS though I was in your shoes also but was able to find it before I ever found this site unfortunately a lot of websites won't ship to residential addresses but what I found did.

It sounds like to me you're allowed to share sources in pm only, I see a lot of people talking about it, I'm not sure how to find anything based off 2 or 3 initials alone. I also dont know how to get around the residential problem
