finding DMC (as an E/IC veteran buyer)

I will preface this by stating that i've ordered SN twice before: in 2019 on E, and in 2022 from IC. however, I'd like to have more on hand, since I fear that the amount I have won't be enough.

I know about DMC, I've gone on Y, set the search to kyiv, and so on. but i've found nothing.

could someone please help me via DM?
