Whats the anti-emetic regimen like? Some say you gotta start it before a week? This is my preferred method, but I've got acid reflux/acidity .so Im kinda scared if that'll screw it up..
3 days primperan seems to be long enough. They advice to not take Primperan 5 days or longer, because the longer you use it, the more chance on movement disorders. Those movement disorders looks really scary! i took 1 tablet a week ago to see if alergic or not. but nothing happend after taking 1 tablet yet.

@Dutch In what doses meto and tagamet are to be taken? I've also read somewhere that Proton Pump Inhibitors(PPI's)are more effective than the acid reducers since they reduce the acid in the whole body.i think youre right on saying that its advisable to take a dry run to see you don't have any reaction
SN is harder than a priest in a playground to get in Canada for some reason. Had to order from out of the continent, US places won't ship it to Canada and I've contacted probably most of them.
Best of luck with your ctb, reglan has caused a lot of lawsuits involving permanent damage, it works so it's like we have little choice. Hopefully you can find peace.
Hugs!
Dear Philip, I have always enjoyed reading you and seeing you on here. I hope to go in the next two week - so "Bon Voyage" for when you go, but have you considered getting some sedatives, anti-anxiety med for your last days ? (I am going to take Ativan for the last week)
Wishing u peace.

2 days before, Primperan every 8 hours
I will fast for 12 hours before
Hour before I will take 800mg of Tagamet
30 minutes before one last Primperan
30g of sn in 100ml of water
Chug it down and hope for my peace
Are you sure 30g will dissolve properly in just 100ml of water??? I know its recommended for 20g and maybe 25 but i think 30 might be pushing the expectations of the quantity of liquid... Go to the megathread and read up again as i think you might need a little bit more liquid. Then again i could be wrong but its your method checking wont do any harm xD

Ok so we know the recomended dosage is 20g for 100ml of water that means the ratio of grams/water is 1/5 so if your adding an extra 10g, you may need an extra 50ml of liquid...
Also can you please give us you physical condition for science and learning purposes, height and weight if you dont mind, and if you suffer from any gastric or stomach issues aswell, HBP? Problems with circulation or any cardiovascular history?
P.s either wayyy PLEASE read up again on the thread dosages are meant to be an exact science sometimes over doing it can counter the anti-emetic due to the higer concentrations of SN and the lower quantity of liquid present... Do some extensive reading on that please. Be safe take care. Godspeed

I would strongly recommend you speak to Azure as he has more insight on the matter, and can help you better than i can with the dosage question. But this isnt something you wanna get wrong so ASK him...
Ohh crapp i handnt noticed he was MIA, either way this is probably something you might want to ask on the Megathread maybe there you can find some definite answers buddy. But i do think 30g might be a little too much for 100ml of water...
Go on the thread and ask:
If im using 30g of SN instead of the recommened 20g, do i need to increase the liquid quantity aswell? Or is 100ml ok for 30g?
Aslo does the anti-emetic routine/mg change when doing a higher dose of SN?
When you post that also give your height and weight, you dont have to post your health factors as they dont intervine with the process of SN.

Omg dont get confused this is second grade math....
If 20g dissolves in 100ml of water, and you want to add 10 more grams of SN. 10 is half of 20 right? So for 10grams you would only need 50ml of water...SO if you have 20g and 100ml and you add 10 grams to bring it to a total of 30G you should add 50ml of water and bring the total of water to 150ml... I JUST MADE THAT SOUND DIFFICULT TO FK WITH YOU BUT ITS....
30g of SN = 150ml of water...
HOWEVER im going to say this again, the PPH states the recommended dosage at 15g and the antiemetic regimen and the acid regulators are meant to be designed for a 15g dose!!!
I dont know how the antiemetic and the acid regulators will react to having 30g of SN in your stomach!!
You might be ok and CTB or you might puke it all out. Why do you need 30g SN anyways?
