Venting Fightin the urge

The urge to kill myself on the first is so so tempting
All I can think about is hanging myself in my closet. Ironic since my friend jokingly said one he'd find me in my closet the other day. Gave me inspiration

Are you worried about making an impulsive attempt and failing? Is it that you don't actually want to CTB? If it's the case that you are trying to resist the urge- I'd probably suggest posting in the recovery forum also. People over there are probably better at coming up with reasons to stay alive! But- I understand the temptation very well.

Basically I'm not doing it because I don't want to ruin the holidays for my family. Kicking myself hard for not going through with it last summer
