Fentanyl overdose - the best form of Fentanyl is...?

It is better to use sublingual tablets, sticking plaster, buccal tablets or IV liquid?
(Note, there is no powder or oral tablets in my country)

Anyone know, has an experience with these forms of F?

Pill form is the best but super rare, I only read one news article of someone accidentally dying from taking a pill fully laced with fentanyl. Powder is the 2nd best but sort of rare, you need to inject it in your veins for it to work best. Patches are the worst form but easiest to get of the three, it's possible to kill yourself with them as stated by Befree but it isnt so easy and to be frank it wont be comfortable imo.

Idk what pill the woman took, the article just said it was a pill. From the photos it looked like an oral pill, it was small and circular with something dented on the top

Without doubt the best of those preparations claimed available on OP is IV liquid.

The pills referred to are clearly pills pressed by dealers in counterfeit opioid pills and they've messed up and left what's referred to as "hot spots" of fent in the pills they pressed because they didn't mixed the powders properly before pressing them. There's no way to predict this. The OD's are purely accidental results of human error.
